Tripoint Corporation’s permanent Managed Services team offers a full suite of fixed and flexible solutions for managing and hosting applications, middleware, databases and infrastructure.

Our Managed Services division has been operating since 1999 and provides managed services to companies including Aristocrat, Wesfarmers Insurance, Suncorp, Lion Nathan National Foods, Vodafone, Aon and InvoCare.

Tripoint offers full Managed Services solutions for applications right through to servers and storage, helping our customers get the most from their IT investments and, importantly, freeing up their internal resources to concentrate on business growth.

Tripoint’s ISO 9001:2008 accredited Managed Services division operates a Service Help Desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from our operations centre in Sydney, Australia. We also provide around-the-clock Incident Management Reporting, identifying and fixing issues for customers before they become major problems.

A Range of Managed Service Solutions

24 x 7 Service Desk: Tripoint’s Service Desk has been operating 24 x 7, 365 days per year since 2006. This facility provides Service Request Management and Incident Management around the clock.

Business planning: Tripoint’s Managed Services team can assist with a Total Cost of Ownership plan, mapping and managing costs upfront for our customers.

On-boarding: Supported by Tripoint’s on-boarding methodology and a 24 x 7 Help Desk , we guide customers through the critical transition-in process, ensuring data and system protection, providing critical support for users, and allowing for a seamless transition from old to new.

Hosted Solutions: A Managed Services solution that allows our customers to pay for what they use and for how many users they have at one time. There’s little upfront cost, and we take on the responsibility for the hosting .

Remote Solutions: a remote-based Managed Service solution where we monitor and maintain your applications or infrastructure based on a water-tight Service Level Agreement

On-site Solutions: Some of our customers simply need access to technical expertise. In these cases, our consultants come on-site and help resolve issues or provide short-term coverage

Holiday Cover: Tripoint can provide temporary solutions and/or host over holiday periods when your normal staffing levels are low.
